Your wearable data, in one cockpit.
With an AI coach that lives on your phone.
Continuity is a native iOS app. It reads the wearables you already own through Apple HealthKit, keeps raw biometrics on your device, and uses an on-device model to deliver the kind of pattern-spotting and behavioral nudges a thoughtful physician might offer between visits.
Important: Continuity is not a diagnostic tool and is not a substitute for a clinical consultation with a practicing human physician and medical team.
Four layers, built so you stay in control.
Native iOS with Apple HealthKit as the spine. Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin, Whoop, Fitbit, and CGMs that write to Apple Health feed one rolling 30-day personal baseline.
Local-first by design. Raw biometrics remain on the device. Only the trend features required to generate an insight ever leave, and solely with the user's explicit consent.
On iOS, the model runs on-device. Your sleep, HRV, and stress patterns are reasoned over without a round-trip to the cloud.
Behavioral and psychological nudges anchored in peer-reviewed frameworks. The aim is to be genuinely useful every single day.
One graph across every wearable you already own.
Apple HealthKit is the spine. Connect Apple Watch, Oura, and anything else that writes to Apple Health; add more whenever you like. Manual entry for blood pressure, weight, mood, and meds keeps the cockpit useful from day one.
Local-first. Your data is yours.
Raw biometrics, including every heartbeat and every sleep stage, are stored on your iPhone. The on-device model reasons over them locally. Nothing is uploaded for an ad model. Nothing is sold.
If a feature ever needs to send something off-device, for example to share a summary with a clinician you choose, you must approve it explicitly, minimum-necessary, and you can revoke at any time.
What Continuity is not.
- ✕Not a diagnostic tool. Continuity does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
- ✕Not a substitute for your physician. Daily insights help you arrive at appointments better prepared. They do not replace clinical care.
- ✕Not an ad-supported product. Your data is not the product.
- ✕Not a browser toy. Continuity is being built as a native iOS app so HealthKit access and on-device inference stay private by architecture.
What's live, what's in rebuild, what you bring.
We're explicit about state, because a health product should survive scrutiny before it earns trust.
This site: the AHIS architecture, clinical anchors, verification doctrine, and policy literacy — published for inspection before the product asks for your data.
The native iOS pilot — HealthKit ingestion, 30-day baseline, clinician-adjudicated labels, calibration curves, and the on-device coaching loop. Nothing here claims a shipped product; the waitlist is the honest front door.
The wearables you already own, a 30-day window to learn your baseline, and your Accept / Modify / Dismiss decisions — plus clinician adjudication where it matters — the ground truth that calibrates the coach.
Consumer trust first. Clinical connection only when earned.
The near-term product is a free consumer wellness cockpit on iOS — social trust, a personal data moat, and prediction quality you can see in public calibration curves. A consent-gated clinical connection (including pathways like CMS ACCESS for provider partners) is optional and later; it never changes the local-first contract with the user.
